Chuck has a Master's degree in Education.

Chuck was elected to the Montana House of Representatives in November 2008, but he is no stranger to the Montana legislature. He has worked in every legislative session since 1987.

"I really respect and love the institution of the legislature. I will do my best to bring back the civility that is essential if we are to solve our problems together."
